  1. To toast sesame seeds:
  2. Spread seeds in one layer in a small baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, shaking pan twice while toasting.
  4. For salad:.
  5. Wash spinach and refrigerate.
  6. Mix the oil, vinegar, sugar, onion, salt and pepper in a bowl or covered pourable container. Keep refrigerated.
  7. When ready to serve:.
  8. Tear up the spinach and place in serving bowl.
  9. Coat wtih sauce and sesame seeds.
  10. Slice strawberries and toss with the spinach.
  11. Leftovers will only keep refrigerated for a day or two.
