  1. Cream butter and sugar together in a bowl.
  2. Add egg, mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. Add to creamed mixture, together with milk.
  5. Stir in vanilla, followed by strawberries.
  6. Fill 12 paper-lined muffin cups with batter.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together sugar, flour and cinnamon, then cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
  8. Sprinkle over muffins.
  9. Bake at 375 F for 25-30 minutes or until browned.
