Directions

  1. Place cake cubes in a 9x9x1 1/2-inch baking dish.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine instant pudding and milk, add ice cream and beat at low speed until well blended.
  3. Pour over cake cubes.
  4. Refrigerate until firm.
  5. Dissolve jello in boiling water, add frozen strawberries and stir until jello begins to thicken.
  6. Pour over pudding, do not stir.
  7. Refrigerate until set.
  8. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
