Strawberry Vanilla Shortcake

"A wonderful little recipe that I found on the cover of Cool Whip, it's very good and so easy to make, it's one of those "in a hurry" desserts. Very tasty."

  • Pour milk in large bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in 3/4 cup whipped topping.
  • Place 1 of the cake slices on each of six dessert plates. Top evenly with half of the strawberries and all of the piudding mixture. Cover with the remaining cake slices and the remaining strawberries. Top with the remaining whipped topping.
  • Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 1 hour before serving.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
