"This was a "quick whip-up" as my husband calls it to top off a last minute salad I made. I had some strawberries around and wanted to do something different than our usual go-to being balsamic vinaigrette."

ingredients

1 cup sliced strawberry
¹⁄₄ cup olive oil
¹⁄₄ cup balsamic vinegar
¹⁄₄ teaspoon thyme
¹⁄₄ - ¹⁄₂ teaspoon fennel seed
1 -2 tablespoon agave nectar
salt and pepper

directions

Place all ingredients into blender. Blend until well combined and smooth.
Use as dressing on salad or sandwich.
