Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 cups strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 12 cup pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or 1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 cup non-fat strawberry yogurt
  • 12 cup ice

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix or blender container in order listed.
  2. Cover and process until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
