Stuffed Bread

- 1 loaf French bread
- 12 ounces swiss cheese, grated
- 3⁄4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon diced onion
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 (8 ounce) cans mushrooms (can use up to 3 cans)
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
directions
- Score bread crosswise.
- Stuff with cheese.
- Melt butter and mix with onion, salt, mustard and lemon juice - pour over bread.
- Drain mushrooms.
- Add finely chopped mushrooms stuffing over cheese.
- Sprinkle with poppy seed.
- Wrap in aluminum foil, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
