  • 1 loaf bread, cubed (Italian loaf, works best if bread is not fresh)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 8 eggs
  • 13 cup honey
  • 1 13 cups milk or 1 1/3 cups cream

directions

  • Mix eggs, honey and milk, set aside.
  • In 9” x 13” greased pan evenly layout out bread.
  • Pour egg mixture over bread.
  • Chunk up cream cheese and put on top.
  • Cover and leave in refrigerator overnight.
  • In the morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Sprinkle light layer of sugar and cinnamon on after baking.
  • Serve with butter and syrup.
