  1. Spread cream cheese on one slice of bread.
  2. Add banana slices.
  3. Top with other slice of bread like a sandwich.
  4. Dip the sandwich in egg beaters on each side, and cook in a Pam sprayed pan until golden.
  5. Spritz with some 0 cal butter spray, and top with SF syrup.
  6. Instead of the bananas, you could also top the french toast with some mixed berries heated with Splenda.
  7. This is your breakfast "entree", protein, and fruit.
