ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup Ritz cracker
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 slice onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 garlic clove
- 1⁄2 lb haddock
- 6 tablespoons fresh crabmeat
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemons
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
directions
- salt and pepper haddock
- cook 10 minutes at 350
- mix all ingredients add to fish and broil until golden brown.
