  • Spinach leaves steam or blanch for only 1 minute, chop one stem of mushrooms,
  • Ham and cherry tomatoes into a bowl.
  • Mx in ricotta cheese, spinach, a little salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes
  • Basil to garnish
  • This is a lovely companion with fish or chicken as a main dish.
