Directions

  1. Separate stems from caps of mushrooms.
  2. Finely chop stems of mushrooms.
  3. Heat oil and add stems, green onions, garlic and parsley& cook on low for 4 minutes.
  4. Turn off heat and mix in breadcrumbs, cheese and lemon juice.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Fill caps and bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or til lightly browned.
