Stuffed Mushrooms

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook chopped mushroom stems, green onions, and garlic for 5 minutes or until tender. Cool 10 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, combine cooled mixture with remaining ingredients.
  • Place mushroom caps on prepared baking sheet. Btush with remaining 1 tablespoons oil and fill with cooled mixture.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  • TIP: Mushrooms can be assembled earlier in the day and refrigerated until ready to bake.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
