Directions

  1. Grease a 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan.
  2. Wipe mushrooms with damp towel until clean. Pat dry. Remove stems, trim caps and finely chop stems.
  3. Combine chopped stems, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Mound into mushroom caps. Place into prepared pan. Dot with butter.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked through and lightly browned.
