  1. Remove mushroom stems and chop. Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Cook mushroom stems, onion and parsley until tender. Stir in wine, pimiento, bread crumbs and Parmesan. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange mushroom caps in a shallow baking pan. Spoon cheese mixture into mushrooms. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until heated through.
