  • 1 can crabmeat (tuna size can)
  • 4 -6 large mushrooms
  • 14 cup melted butter
  • 13 cup dry Italian breadcrumbs
  • 14 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 14 teaspoon instant minced onion

Directions

  1. Clean and stem mushrooms.
  2. Chop stems and sautee with minced onion and garlic salt in 2 tsp butter.
  3. Mix bread crumbs with butter to moisten.
  4. Mix in crab meat and stem mix.
  5. Fold together.
  6. Stuff mushrooms.
  7. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
