  • Kneed flour to make into soft dough.
  • Mix all other ingredients well. Your stuffing is ready.
  • Make two chapatis. Fill enough stuffing between two pieces.
  • Shallow fry the parantha in oil/ghee.
  • Serve with chilled curd and butter for a delightful experience.
