  • Cook Hamburger add sauce and let simmer.
  • Boil shells till cooked.
  • Mix 8oz cheese, ricotta,cottage cheese and egg together.
  • Cover bottom of 9*13 pan with a little bit of sauce.
  • Stuff shells with cheese mixture
  • Cover with Hamburger and sauce.
  • Top with 8 oz cheese.
  • Bake until golden and bubbly.

  1. Made for Spring PAC 2011 mainly because I love stuffed shells. I used some frozen premade spaghetti sauce that I had and I did add some basil and parsley to the cheese mixture. DH gobbled them down with a yummmm. Thank you for submitting your recipe.
