  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces.
  • Add the chopped zucchini and saute for a few minutes.
  • Turn the heat off and add the cheese, pinenuts, and sundried tomatoes.
  • Place the zucchini in a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the salt over the hollowed out zucchini and fill them with the filling.
  • Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
