Quite delicious, DH loved it, I just made half a recipe and even cut the oil back to one tablespoon and I added a wee bit of salt and some black fresh ground pepper. We loved that the veggies were still crunchy. The only problem I have is that I have a half a can of mushroom soup in the fridge now to use up. Have to appologise, had the green onions cut and ready to sprinkle on top and completely forgot them 'til we were half way through supper! Sorry they are not in the photos. We will be making this again, very quick, easy and tasty!! Thanks for sharing.
