Directions

  1. Melt margarine. Remove from heat. Add sugar, egg, vanilla. Beat smooth for one minute. Sift dry ingredients over and blend well.
  2. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Shape into two 1 1/2 inch thick rolls. Wrap in wax paper.
  3. Chill one hour.
  4. Slice and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350*F for 10 to 12 minutes.
