  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. Melt the margarine in 9 x 13 inch pan, only enough to cover the bottom, let cool Stir together flour, splenda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Gradually mix in the milk and vanilla (the batter may be thick, don't add more milk or water!) Pour the batter into the pan over the margarine (don't stir).
  4. sprinkle with half of the cinnamon.
  5. place the apples ontop of the batter.
  6. sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.
  7. (don't mix) Bake in the oven for 30-50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Enjoy with some fat free vanilla ice cream!
