- 6 tablespoons sugar free ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix
- garlic pepper seasoning, to taste
directions
- Mix together ketchup and mustard, until a brownish color has been achieved. Next, add in syrup. Once mixed well, finish off with Mrs. Dash and seasonings of choice (I loved Garlic Pepper, in particular).

I'm a health consious athlete. I compete in Irish Dance and have recently accomplished an elite status. Also, I am a Varsity runner for my school's Cross Country and Track teams. I love making new, healthy, yet dense dishes to fuel my body with quality ingredients. I can be very intense, but also careless. I adore making people laugh, and believe that sarcasm is the key to good humor. I'm a perfectionist and constantly try to rise to my own, unnatainable standards. I overanylize everything and pay attention to the smallest of details. My perspective is pretty different, too.
