Ingredients Nutrition

  • 13 cup cocoa or 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 4 teaspoons stevia (blend) or 34 teaspoon liquid stevia or 12 teaspoon pure stevia
  • 14 cup cornstarch
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 3 14 cups milk
  • 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 (9 inch) baked pie shells
  • whipped cream

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, mix together cocoa, stevia, cornstarch and salt.
  2. Stir milk in gradually.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat.
  4. Blend in vanilla.
  5. Cool 10 minutes. Pour into pie shell; refrigerate.
  6. Top with whipped cream before serving.
