Sugar Free Jam

"Well, no added sugar. Obviously the fruit has sugar. The consistency is a little "bouncy" and it must be stirred. However it is credible and spreadable jam."

  • Boil fruit, gelatin, cornstarch and lemon juice for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove fro heat and add stevia to taste.
