Sugar Free Meatloaf

"I was having trouble finding a meatloaf recipe that fits into my no white sugar/no white flour diet, so I made one up. I adapted it from the "Netivot HaTorah Gatherings" cookbook recipe for "Turkey Meatloaf with Cranberry Glaze". My husband though it was funny that I was using the recipe but wasn't making anything in the title. You can obviously substitute turkey for the beef, and of course you can use regular matza meal or bread crumbs instead of whole wheat."
