  • In a saucepan mix tapioca, egg, splenda and milk. Let set 5 minutes.
  • Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Take off heat and add vanilla.

  1. The title is misleading. Milk has 13 grams of sugar per cup. It would be accurate to say “No Sugar Added Tapioca”.

  1. Tasty tapioca pudding. I used 1/3 of the ingredients (but kept the whole egg and added Stevia instead of Splenda) and it yielded one serving. I ate this for breakfast and was quite happy. Thanks!
