- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 dash salt
- 8 -12 slices fresh pineapple
directions
- Mix brown sugar, butter and salt. Place on pineapple slices. Place pineapple on a cookie sheet and broil 2-4 minutes.

This was a tasty treat - I guess my fresh pineapple was a little too juicy, as I couldn't get it to caramelize properly under the broiler, but it was good just the same. Thanks!
