  1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Snip the ends off the pea pods.
  3. Place pods in a single layer in a shallow baking pan.
  4. Combine Oil, shallot, seasoning & salt.
  5. Drizzle over the peas.
  6. Bake uncovered for apprx 8 minutes or unril crisp tender, stir once during baking.
