  • Blend together lime juice, ginger, chilli sauce and pepper.
  • Place fish in bowl coat in marinade.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Slice capsicums into 3cm cubes.
  • Alternately thread fish, capsicum onto skewers.
  • Cook on barbeque until done to your liking.
