I use ground turkey low fat cheese and whole grain noodles... but if you chose to switch it's just as good :) Also I usually season the meat with garlic powder and whatever Italian seasonings you have on hand and a dash of pepper.”

Directions

  1. Boil noodles until al dente while browning seasoned meat.
  2. Drain noodles and Meat.
  3. Pour noodles into a baking dish and add the egg. Mix well.
  4. Layer: Meat, cottage cheese, tomato sauce, and then shredded cheese.
  5. Bake at 375F for about 20 or so minutes (until cheese is completely melted.).
  6. Let cool for about 5 minutes before cutting and serving. ENJOY!
