Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Boil the milk in a pot.
  2. While it is boiling, sprinkle the semolina on the milk and stir well.
  3. Allow the milk to come to a second boil.
  4. Remove from flame and allow to cool.
  5. Add the beaten egg yolks and sugar.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Cook on low flame and stir until the mixture thickens.
  8. Dissolve the gelatin in 2 tbsps.
  9. of lukewarm water.
  10. Cool.
  11. Add this dissolved gelatin to the milk.
  12. Add the boiled pineapple pcs.
  13. ,nuts and a few drops of essence to the cooled mixture.
  14. Pour into a dish.
  15. Refrigerate until set.
  16. Garnish with cherries and cut into slices.
  17. Serve!
