  • 34 cup raspberries
  • 12 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 14 cups vanilla ice cream, divided
  • 1 12 cups club soda, chilled and divided
  • 1 cup raspberry sherbet
  • 1 cup Orange sherbet

Directions

  1. Press raspberries through a sieve over a bowl, discard seeds. Combine raspberry pulp and sugar, stir well. Divide the raspberry mixture evenly among 4 parfait glasses. Spoon 1 tbsp ice cream into each glass, stir well. Stir 2 tbsp club soda into each glass. Spoon 1/4 c ice cream, 1/4 c raspberry sherbert, and 1/4 c orange sherbert into each glass. Pour 1/4 c club soda over the sherbert. Serve immediately.
