- 5 -6 tomatoes
- 1 small red onion
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 pinch dried dill
- 1 pinch salt
directions
- Blanch and peel Tomatoes.
- Cut Tomatoes into eights.
- Put tomatoes in a bowl.
- Slice red onion into thin slices add to tomatoes.
- Stir in Mayonaise and Dill and Salt.
- Refrigerate about two hours and serve.
