Sun-Dried Tomato Cashew Spread

ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup cashew pieces, raw
- 1⁄4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 3⁄4 cup soy yogurt, plain
- 1 garlic clove
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes
directions
- Grind cashews finely in blender or food processor.
- Add the other ingredients, and process until smooth.
- Serve immediately, or chill. The spread will thicken in the fridge.
