- 1 cup sun-dried tomato
- 1⁄2 cup pine nuts
- 1⁄2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1⁄2 cup sundried tomato olive oil
directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until they reach your desired level of smoothness. Chill and eat!

I am a self taught cook who now runs my own boutique catering business. We try to make everything from scratch, use no additives, preservatives, colours, flavourings or any ingredients that are 'numbers'... We use as much organic ingredients as we can and only use organic and free range meats, poutry and eggs.
