  • 4 ounces fat free caramel yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 12 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Directions

  1. Combine the caramel yogurt and frozen french vanilla yogurt in a blender.
  2. Peel and chop frozen banana and wash and chop strawberries and add to blender.
  3. Finally add chocolate syrup to blender and blend until smooth.
