Directions

  1. combine first ten ingriedients in a large bowl. add ham and pork and mix well.
  2. shape into a loaf and put in a baking pan.
  3. bake at 350 for one hour.
  4. in a saucepan combine water, sugar, vinegar and pepper and bring to a boil.
  5. drain any drippings off ham loaf.
  6. pour sauce over loaf.
  7. continue baking for 20 more minutes, basting often with sauce.
