Directions

  1. Steam the green beans until soft.
  2. Toast the sunflower seeds in a pan with a tiny bit of oil.
  3. Mix oil, mustard, garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture over green beans and add sunflower seeds.
  5. May be served warm or cold. We prefer warm.
