  • Cream together margarine, applesauce, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
  • Stir in flours, salt soda and oatmeal.
  • Mix well and add sunflower seeds and butterscotch chips.
  • Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet or parchment lined cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 9 minutes at 350.
