ingredients
- 1 cup filtered water (cold)
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter (raw)
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1⁄2 cup fresh cherries, pitted
- 1⁄2 cup frozen mixed berries
directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste, and adjust amounts. Feel free to add a little honey or agave nectar if more sweetness is desired.

I'm a grad student and also teach at two different schools, so I need some fast/easy recipes. I try to eat vegan, and most of my creations are also gluten-free because my husband is Diabetic/Celiac. I don't post any recipes I have not personally tried and liked.
