  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 tablespoon light garden vegetable cream cheese spread (or more if you liked)
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds (out of the shell of course)
  • 14 cup alfalfa sprout (can use more if you like)
  • 4 -5 slices deli turkey (I like Oscar Meyer deli sliced roast turkey)

  • Spread Cream Cheese on one slice of bread, add sunflower seeds on top of cream cheese, then turkey, then alfalfa sprouts. Enjoy!
