  1. Preheat oven 375.
  2. Spay 9x13 casserole pan with non-stick spray.
  3. Later chicken on bottom, too with prosciutto.
  4. Layer spinach (I recommend you leave off at this time & serve chicken on a bed of it- cooking it makes it very wilted & dish is not "pretty").
  5. Layer mushrooms on top.
  6. In a bowl mix marinade, wine, garlic & olive oil.
  7. Pour over dish.
  8. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes.
  9. Remove foil & bake another 10 minutes.
  10. Too with goat cheese & bake 10 minutes.
  11. Serve.
