  1. We did not care for this salad very much.Part of the problem may be that since we moved here it is impossible to get good fresh carrots with the tops still on. The first day when I served this DH thought it would be better if it were not so dry so the second day I added some vanilla yogurt and that was not much improvement. Threw the rest out and I hate wasting food.
     
  2. The salad was very easy to make and I had everything I needed to make it. Yes, it is a very health salad but it was just lacking something. We wondered about adding a small amount of onion or maybe some cinnamon to the recipe. I may try this again with one of those ingredients.
     
  3. 10 stars for this incredible salad - it's like a mouthful of sunshine! I've made it several times already - we're addicted to it. I make half a batch, but do admit to adding the raisins and sunflower seeds with reckless abandon. Thank you for sharing this fabulous recipe!
