  1. Heat oven 400.
  2. Heat butter in a saucepan.
  3. Add celery and onions. Saute 3 minutes.
  4. Add flour and salt. Cook 1 minute.
  5. Whisk in milk. Simmer until thickened.
  6. Place eggs in a sprayed 9x9 baking dish. Pour sauce over.
  7. Combine the crumbs, parsley and butter.
  8. Scatter over top. Bake 15 minutes.
