  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Wash and trim woody ends from asparagus spears.
  • Place in large plastic bag or bowl; add olive oil and mix thoroughly.
  • Spread asparagus spears out on parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, and garlic and herb seasoning.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes, or until asparagus reaches desired tenderness. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
