Directions

  1. Put first four ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil.
  2. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile pour boiling water over noodles and stand 5 minutes. Drain.
  4. Add chicken fillets sliced to stock mixture, simmer 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in green onions, snow peas and soy sauce.
  6. Divide noodles amongst four bowls, top with soup, bean sprouts, herbs.
  7. Serve with lime wedges and extra chilli sauce if desired.
