  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 13 cup non-fat powdered milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut powder (powdered peanut butter available in the organic section)
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder (I use EAS)

Directions

  1. 1. Chop the frozen banana into small chunks.
  2. 2. Put all ingredients in your blender and turn it on.
  3. 3. When thoroughly blended, pour into a glass and enjoy!
