  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 13 cup non-fat powdered milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut powder (powdered peanut butter available in the organic section)
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder (I use EAS)

  • 1. Chop the frozen banana into small chunks.
  • 2. Put all ingredients in your blender and turn it on.
  • 3. When thoroughly blended, pour into a glass and enjoy!
