  1. This is almost exactly the same recipe my bf has. The only difference is he uses paprika and dill instead of onion. It is sooo yummy!

  2. I made this for my "I don't try new things" husband and my 18 month old daughter and all 3 of us LOVED it. I cooked the onions a little before I put them over the fish and seasoned the mayo.

  3. Made with Mahi-Mahi..thick filet, so had to cook for 30 mins. Turned out great!

  4. Thanks so much for this super-easy, tasty fish recipe! I made this tonight with almost no time to prep, and found 20 minutes about perfect for tilapia fillets. We both thought the taste was about 3.5 stars, perfect to bring out the taste of the fish and keep it moist, but not very special/interesting. However, it surely deserves 4 stars on account of its simplicity, and as it is the kind of recipe easy to whip up on a weeknight. One note is that all the onions didn't finish cooking, even though I sliced them thin. I ended up broiling a minute, but didn't want to dry the fish, and it didn't help much. My husband didn't mind so much, but I was mixed. Anyway, this recipe was a choice for the Pick-a-Chef game Fall 06.

  5. Great easy recipe just the way it is. Thanks for posting.

My cooking comes frome the long line of chefs in the family. Both of my parents are excellent cooks, as well as many members of my family. I never follow the recipe, unless it's baking. I created many many recipes that my friends enjoy and often ask when I'll open my own restaurant... well...some day.... Most of my recipes are healthy. We love fish, vegetables and fruits.
