- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat (just a small can) (optional)
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1⁄8 cup chopped pimento pepper (canned)
- 1⁄2 small green pepper, chopped
directions
- Cook eggs in pot until they resembly fluffy scrambled eggs.
- Add 1 tablespoons butter or margarine and cream cheese.
- Mix with electric beaters unitl smooth.
- Add pimento and green pepper. Chill for a couple of hours before serving.
- Arrange around lovely vegetables!

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
